Description
Sterilized butter and pure truffle flakes are combined together in an enveloping flavour. Indispensable in the kitchen to make each dish. You can use individually or in combination with the white truffle cream, for topping of canapés, risottos, pastas and to enrich preparations made from potatoes and cheese; excellent to prepare the béchamel sauce. Store in refrigerator after opening.
