Description
Sliced summer black truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), to be used in replacement of fresh black truffles. With the butter and olive oil to season pasta dishes such as pasta, rice, etc. Good on cooked dishes, meat, eggs, meat or fish carpaccios, pizza and salads.
Store in refrigerator after opening.
